About Paul
Paul Geiger is an executive communication advisor, author, and founder of Public Speaking Advantage. He helps leaders and professionals communicate with greater clarity, structure, and authority when the stakes are high.
Over the past 14 years, Paul has advised more than 3,000 executives across financial services, technology, media, healthcare, and professional services. His clients have included leaders and teams at Nasdaq, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Bloomberg, Google, NBC News, and other major organizations.
Paul’s work is built around a simple principle: strong expertise does not always produce a strong message. Under pressure, even experienced professionals can bury the recommendation, overwork an answer, or lose control when questions and interruptions enter the conversation.
Through private coaching, team workshops, and leadership programs, Paul helps professionals establish direction before detail, organize complex thinking, handle difficult questions, and maintain authority without sounding rigid or rehearsed.
He is the author of Better Business Speech: Techniques, Tricks, and Shortcuts for Public Speaking at Work. His background as a media consultant, live event host, comedy writer, and professional voice artist gives him a practical understanding of how messages are shaped, delivered, and received.
